Hi

I originally wanted a Rolf Harris Stylaphone one Christmas way back when but when my father discovered that they were more expensive than guitars he decided that I would have to make do with an acoustic guitar made by K. Then one day I saw Marc Bolan on the tv with T Rex playing this lovely Gibson Les Paul and so began my quest to be a guitar player. I am currently teaching guitar from "Guitarist" magazine's doctor Robert, Robbie Gladwell's workshop and the music shop in Sudbury. I have been a member of The Registry of Guitar Teachers since 1995 and teach from preliminary to grade 8 and the Licenciate Diploma for the London College of Music.

I am influenced by any good musician. I love the note selection and phrasing of Larry Carlton and Steve Lukather and any 80's shredder can expect serious praise from me. The song is also important, it should move you in some way, but I have to say my one true love is Rock ! Pick up influences where you can and don't close your mind to anything musical. Trying to find something musical is the hard part nowadays.
